On a train finally.

Trains and bikes

The train we needed to get back to Glasgow refused us bike
reservation codes. This ruins everything. New tickets for Liverpool
and London. The amount of money we've spend rebooking train tickets
over these silly codes doesn't bear thinking about. This has become an
expensive trip.

Hostel Oban

After a morning cycling in the pouring rain, Oban. Another (Diageo
owned) distillerey, with a distinctly commercial feel, and a hostel
bed as a welcome change from the cocoon.

Had a terrible time on the island of Lismore only punctuated by a nice dinner. Bother!
